Billing & refunds

Premium purchases are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple and eligibility may vary by country or region.

You can request a refund through Apple Support. We can help you understand the steps, but we don't control Apple's refund decisions.

Manage your subscription

The monthly plan auto-renews unless cancelled through your Apple Account / App Store subscription settings before the renewal date.

Uninstalling the app or deleting local data does not cancel an Apple subscription — you cancel it in your Apple Account settings.

Restore purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use Restore Purchases in the app to restore eligible purchases tied to the Apple Account used for the purchase.

Restoring purchases does not restore your local item history unless you exported it beforehand.

Your data

Items, pauses, photos, and decisions are stored locally on your device. You can export local data as JSON and delete it from the app.
